Famous again

After getting ourselves photographed for the Pittsburgh Tribune, we are famous again for the second time during this trip! Our blog has been mentioned in Escape!, a Singapore-based travel magazine. And out of the 8 blogs mentioned in the article, ours and actor Bryan Wong’s are the only Singaporean ones! So I guess we’re in good company ☺

This more than makes up for our blog not being shortlisted for the Singapore Blog Awards 2009. Ah well, competition was tough, especially in the Individual Blog category. But hey, we’re still pretty proud of our blog and the modest following it has garnered.

In fact, here’s a plea to those who tell us on Facebook that they like our blog – please, please give your comments on the blog itself, and not on the link we post. This will allow us to easily look back on what posts worked, and what didn’t. Also, your comments are so precious to us – since we are here alone – we want to be able to read and re-read them again. We have no idea how long Facebook will keep all the “likes” and comments on links – so… comment on the blog itself, please!
